Welcome to Day 2 of your course. Today you will learn
the numbers 1–20, important words for a
German home (table, chair, bed, lamp, etc.), and
basic small talk about age and where you live.
Every learning line follows the same structure:
German (with TTS) — English — Devanāgarī (syllable‑broken).
1. Numbers 1–20 (about 20 minutes)
Start with the core numbers. Use the speaker icon to hear each number
in a natural German voice. Read, listen, and repeat.

1.2 Pronunciation Drills
Repeat each line at least five times aloud.

Now combine numbers with objects. Say each line in this order:

2. Home Vocabulary (about 20 minutes)
These are common objects in a German flat. Always learn the
article + noun together (der / die / das).

Write three different versions about yourself. Change your age, city,
and whether you use Student or Studentin.

4. Mini Dialogues (about 15–20 minutes)
Read each dialogue, listen with TTS, and then speak both roles out loud.
Remember to think in the order: German meaning — English — Devanāgarī.
Dialogue A – In the Room
Anna:
Was ist das?

Extra practice: repeat each dialogue three times. Then change the
names and cities (for example: Anna from Hamburg, Mehmet from Berlin).
5. Day 2 Quiz (about 5–10 minutes)
What does fünfzehn mean in English?
Translate: Ich wohne in Berlin. into English and Hindi.
Fill in the correct article: ___ Tisch, ___ Lampe, ___ Zimmer.
Say your age in German (German – English – Devanāgarī).
Translate into German: “This is my room.”
6. Homework (about 10 minutes)
Count aloud from 1 to 20 in German – first with the list, then without it.
Name ten objects in your room using German home vocabulary.
Write five full sentences about your home (for example: “My room is small.”).
Write three different self‑introductions that include your age and where you live.
✅ If you complete all tasks today, you have studied
at least 60 minutes of German – often 75–90 minutes.
